Refund Policy

1. Scope
This return policy applies to all orders of XTREM Energy Drinks made through our online shop. For wholesale orders (>250,000 units), individual agreements apply and are contractually regulated.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers, as defined by law, have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
Start of the withdrawal period:
From the day you take possession of the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged.
For hygienic products such as energy drinks, opened cans cannot be accepted for return.

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order.
Shipping costs of the original delivery are not refunded if the delivery was carried out correctly.

Wholesale orders and personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Damaged or opened products cannot be returned.
