Shipping Policy

These delivery terms apply to all orders of XTREM Energy Drinks via our online shop or through wholesale distribution, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

We deliver within the European Union and international. 

Standard Orders: 5–7 business days after payment has been received.

Bulk Orders (>250,000 units): First delivery: 1–1.5 months, subsequent orders: approx. 2 weeks production time.

Delivery times are subject to unforeseen events, force majeure, or transport delays.

Within the EU: €9.99 per order.

For wholesale orders, shipping costs can be individually agreed upon or already included in the price.

Minimum order: 24 cans.

For wholesale orders (>250,000 units), individual agreements apply.

The goods pass into the customer’s risk upon handover to the carrier.

Standard Orders: Payment by credit card, PayPal, or prepayment before shipment.

Wholesale Customers: Individual payment terms are agreed contractually.

Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

For justified complaints, we will provide a replacement or accept a return.

Further claims are subject to statutory regulations.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returns are subject to the provisions of our Return Policy.

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the amount of typically foreseeable damage.

Spanish law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is the registered office of XTREMROCKS S.L.: Santa Cristina #18, 17310 Lloret de Mar, Spain.

Should any provision of these delivery terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
